RETURN, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURNS
In addition to the rights provided under applicable withdrawal laws, we offer a commercial return policy allowing returns within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, including accessories and original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Items returned without a prior return request or without following the indicated procedure cannot be accepted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable European legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date on which they acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use the Withdrawal Form available on the website or send an explicit statement to info@ceciliatelesca.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed validly exercised from the moment the relevant communication is sent within the prescribed deadline.
Once the withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The costs of returning products shall be borne by the customer, except where the product is defective, damaged, not in conformity with the order placed, or unless otherwise expressly indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly at info@ceciliatelesca.com so that we may assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
- other goods excluded under applicable law.
Except as otherwise provided by law, gift cards and gift vouchers may not be returned.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for the product received and placing a new, separate order.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the statutory period, the refund will include all payments received from the customer relating to the returned products, including any standard delivery costs paid for the order, as required by applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
For returns made under the extended 30-day commercial return policy, refunds will be processed within 14 days following verification of the returned product.
